Jeff Rumburg of MetricNet Named to HDI’s Top 25 Thought Leaders List for 2017
McLean, VA, February 13, 2017 (Newswire.com) – Jeff Rumburg, Managing Partner of MetricNet, LLC, was recently named one of HDI’s Top 25 Thought Leaders for 2017. The 25 individuals chosen for this award are active in the technical service and support community as practitioners, authors, and educators. They share their insights on a daily basis about the future of the industry, and the challenges commonly faced by industry professionals. Each was nominated by their peers in the industry. HDI then tallied the results after surveying the IT Service and Support community on Twitter and LinkedIn.
“I am deeply honored and humbled to have been nominated by the Service and Support community. This award represents the culmination of 25 years of experience in the pursuit of industry best practices for IT service and support. But I would be remiss if I did not give much of the credit for the nomination to HDI, who has given me many opportunities over the years to write for their publications, speak at their events, and serve on their Strategic Advisory Board.” said Jeff Rumburg. “Congratulations to the other 24 thought leaders who were chosen for this title, as well as to all of those who were nominated.”
Mr. Rumburg is the winner of the 2014 Ron Muns Lifetime Achievement Award, and has served on HDI’s Strategic Advisory Board. He is co-founder and Managing Partner of MetricNet, LLC, where he is responsible for global strategy, product development, and client engagement delivery. As a leading expert in benchmarking and re-engineering, Mr. Rumburg authored a best selling book on benchmarking, and has been retained as a benchmarking expert by such well-known companies as American Express, Hewlett-Packard, General Motors, and IBM.
