As one of the top rated speakers at HDI’s Annual Conference in Las Vegas last week, Jeff Rumburg has been selected to present MetricNet’s benchmarks on the economic impact of IT Service and Support at the HDI Digital Forum. MetricNet is the first in the industry to establish a framework for value creation in IT service and support.

HDI’s Digital Experience is an award-winning free event created by and for professionals in the IT Service and Support industry. The Forum takes place Tuesday, May 21, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m EDT. Senior-level VPs, directors, managers, CIOs, CTOs and all other service and support professionals are encouraged to attend.
